Since opening its doors to the world of the PCB supply chain in July 2007, DSG have achieved the accolades of ISO9000-1, ISO14000-1 and UL to compliment the TUV ISO/TS 16949 and many multinational OEM preferred supply status to manufacturing quick turnaround, pre-production and volume quantities of all aspects of PCB's to include rigid-flex, CIC, multilayers with microvias, buried and blind vias, filled vias, PTFE, thick copper foils up to 6 ozs and achieving layer counts over 30 layers.
This new certification reinforces the image of DSG as one of the few players in the Chinese market able to offer quality standards more in line with those of Europe.
The majority of vehicle manufactures often requires their supply chains to be compliant to the ISO/TS 16949:2002 specification provided by the International Automotive Task Force (IATF) in order to collect into a single recommendation the four most known automotive standards: QS-9000, VDA 6.1, EAQF e AVSQ.
In the oncoming scenario, that will probably be characterized by a crisis of the Automotive sector, to be able to match manufacturers' request in terms of Quality will obviously make the difference for playing a significant role in the supply chain.
